This shampoo was very effective in reducing flakes and scalp and beard itching. I had used Head and Shoulders and Selsun blue in the past but the Brickell dandruff shampoo tops them both both in effectiveness of reducing flakes, and due to the fact that it doesn't dry my hair out as much as the store-bought alternatives.
