Just what my scalp needed for my hair to look alive again. I can tell I had a lot of build up and my hair was looking flat and dull. I parted my hair in the shower and applied a small amount of the scalp scrub directly from the bottle , went in with the shampoo after . Then rinsed all together at the end. Will purchase again!!!
