I was terrified when I ordered this. Two years ago I moved out to the country where the water is not treated. Long story short - I value my hair tremendously. I am very very cautious of what I put in my hair and do to my hair. I have wanted to try a different shampoo/conditioner because the old stuff I was using was starting to feel blah.
Fast forward to when I received this order. The shampoo lid wasn't fully on, but it wasn't also missing half the bottle. I showered, and I wanted to use the new products. Shampoo, condition, shampoo. Put the whole packet in your hand and add some water. I lathered it through my hair - trying to get it everywhere possible. Let it sit for 5 minutes ( I did set a timer). Wash, shampoo, condition, shampoo again.
My hair has always felt soft. But after using the products. I instantaneously noticed a difference in my hair. I put my hair cap on went to bed and in the morning when I was getting ready for work. I am satisfied with how my hair turns out after every use. I watched a pretty well known tik toker talk about what types of products she recommends to her clients who also have well water and this was on her list.
To get the powder to last longer I use it every other week.

Will my color fade while using this? Nope. I got my hair dyed a week ago and I've obviously since then have had no issues with the color fading.
