I was terrified when I ordered this. Two years ago I moved out to the country where the water is not treated. Long story short - I value my hair tremendously. I am very very cautious of what I put in my hair and do to my hair. I have wanted to try a different shampoo/conditioner because the old stuff I was using was starting to feel blah.

Shampoo, condition, shampoo. Put the whole packet in your hand and add some water. I lathered it through my hair - trying to get it everywhere possible. Let it sit for 5 minutes ( I did set a timer). Wash, shampoo, condition, shampoo again.

My hair has always felt soft. But after using the products. I instantaneously noticed a difference in my hair. I put my hair cap on went to bed and in the morning when I was getting ready for work.
