I Love This Nourishing Shampoo for My Fine Wavy Hair
I love this nourishing shampoo for my fine wavy hair. It tames frizz and keeps my hair healthy without feeling heavy.
This is a review from Amazon.com about product:
Rahua Legendary Amazon Hair Oil, Lightweight Vegan Botanical Elixir, Morete & Sacha Inchi Oils, Enhances Shine & Smoothness, Protects from Heat, Hair Care for All Textures, 1.6 Fl Oz

I find that this is a good and nourishing thing. A little pricey but very long -lasting. Am on my second bottle over years. Yes it is oily...at first, but after using two pumps on wet clean hair, if I brush my hair and really distribute it... it looks fine and not oily the first day. And the next day it is just right. I have fine and wavy hair and a fair bit of it, but I don't want a heavy product. I want health and frizz taming.
Shampoo Basics & Tips
Shampoo Knowledge Expansion
1. Nourishing Shampoo: A type of shampoo formulated to provide deep conditioning and hydration to the hair and scalp. It often contains ingredients like essential oils, vitamins, and proteins that help strengthen and protect the hair.
2. Long-Lasting Formula: This refers to a product that provides effective results over an extended period, meaning you don't need to use it as frequently. A long-lasting shampoo can save money in the long run and reduce the frequency of washing.
3. Frizz Taming: Frizz occurs when the hair cuticle is raised, causing the hair to look rough and unmanageable. A good shampoo can help smooth the cuticle, reducing frizz and making the hair easier to style.
4. Fine and Wavy Hair: Fine hair is thin and lacks volume, while wavy hair has natural bends but isn't curly. These hair types can be prone to flatness and frizz, so using the right shampoo is essential for maintaining shape and manageability.
5. Oily Feel at First: Some shampoos may feel oily initially because they are rich in conditioning agents. However, this usually resolves after proper application and distribution throughout the hair.
6. Usage Tips: To avoid excess oil, use only a small amount (like two pumps) on wet, clean hair. Distribute the product evenly by brushing or massaging it into the hair before rinsing thoroughly.
7. Scalp Health: A healthy scalp is crucial for strong, shiny hair. Ingredients like tea tree oil or aloe vera can help soothe the scalp and prevent dandruff or irritation.
8. Product Application: Applying shampoo correctly ensures maximum effectiveness. Wet your hair first, apply the shampoo, massage gently, and rinse well to avoid buildup.
9. Hair Volume: For fine hair, it's important to choose a shampoo that doesn't weigh the hair down. Lightweight formulas help maintain volume and prevent flatness.
10. Frequency of Use: Depending on your hair type and lifestyle, you may wash your hair every 2-3 days. Over-washing can strip natural oils, leading to dryness and frizz.
Who This Shampoo Is For: This shampoo is ideal for individuals with fine, wavy hair who want to maintain health and manageability without adding weight. It's also suitable for those with a sensitive scalp looking for gentle, nourishing care. Use it 2-3 times a week, applying a small amount and ensuring thorough distribution. Massage the scalp for 2-3 minutes to stimulate blood flow and enhance product absorption. Avoid using too much to prevent an oily feel. Ideal for daily use if your scalp is not overly oily.
