I'm an older lady with all kinds of scalp problems, including scalpne, psoriasis and both oiliness and dryness. For awhile now, when I get out of the shower after washing my hair, my scalp is covered with raised painful pimples that were not there when I got in the shower. It ebbs and flows - sometimes worse and sometimes barely there. Anyway, I bought and used this shampoo during a particularly bad time and it made my scalp so much better. There are no new spots and a few ongoing ones are shrinking and almost gone. I will use this for as long as they sell it! I will say though that it is stinky. The stink doesn't stay in your hair after you rinse it out.
