Over the course of 4 weeks, I have seen noticeable reduction in shedding. Added bonus, new growth is definitely apparent in my recession area.
I would recommend following up with a quality conditioner on mids and ends. I have been using the L'oreal Ever Pure Bond Oil in Serum on my ends. It's been a winning combo for me.
