I received this shampoo and conditioner yesterday. I planned to used it this morning. I tried for 5 minutes to get the pump to open up on the conditioner and finally had success. Next I tried to open the pump on the shampoo. I turned it in the direction of the arrow numerous times and was still unable to get the pump to pop up. The plastic circle around the base of the pump just turns with the spout. My only option, if I wanted to use it, was to unscrew the lid and pour it into my hand, which was a awkward while in the shower. Clearly these pumps are defective and need some attention. They are cheaply made and while the shampoo and conditioner were not terribly expensive, I would expect at least to be able to squirt it out of the containers. I would have given the product 5 stars had it not been for this problem, as I do think that the shampoo and conditioner is wonderful. It made my hair feel great, shiny and no frizz! I would love to be able to contact the manufacturer to ask them to send me a functioning pump for my conditioner, but don't see a way to do that. Hoping they will see this and help me!
