If you have arthritis in your hands and wrists, either don't buy this or make sure you have someone else around who can handle 5 minutes of twisting the pump to get it to open. Had to take the conditioner one completely apart. I will be using this stuff for the first time tonight, but I can say it smells really good. Had it not been for the poorly designed pumps on the bottles that really hurt my hands to open, I'd have given it 5 stars.
