Interesting product. The shampoo and conditioner both have a light, fresh, inoffensive natural ingredient scent. The shampoo provides ample lather. While using the shampoo, I noticed that at first, it feels like my hair is being stiffened or roughened. As a minute or so goes by, there is a sudden shift in that feeling, like the hair all relaxed at once. While it rinses out well, I feel that there is something left behind like a coating or deep treatment, but in a good way. My hair feels quite sleek from just the shampoo alone and I have little fallout from use as well so that tells me this stuff is gentle for fine, thin hair. The conditioner is a thick cream, it takes a minute to work it into my hair and then rinse. The result has been airy, light, sleek, smooth hair with minimal work.
