I've been using Routine for about 9 months, and overall, I've been pleased. I don't have thinning hair, but it shed a lot, and this combination definitely reduced the amount of shed. I originally purchased lilac gardenia and I have to say that the smell was definitely herbal, not a flowery scent that is common in OTC products. I figured that scent is probably the result of heavy chemicals anyway.
When I ran out, I did not purchase again, honestly to save money. I bought a popular OTC product. The first shampoo resulted in a heavy mess that made my hair more frizzy.
