Switching to this toxin-free shampoo restored my brittle hair to its childhood glory. Pure ingredients, concentrated formula, and the 32oz size make it surprisingly affordable long-term. 10/10!

My Pure Shampoo Restored Kid-Like Hair Naturally

My hair always felt and looked dry. Even though I used moisturizing shampoos and conditioners. But I never realized what goes into those shampoos even the high end ones.

Once you start reading the labels you understand the phrase if you can’t eat it you should be putting it on your body.

I searched high and low for a pure brand of shampoo and conditioner and finally stumbled upon this one. Once you start using these products your hair will be restored to how it was when you were a kid. It’s truly amazing.

I will be forever grateful to this company.

Worth every penny! Suggestion: because it’s pricey but the 32oz replacement size of the shampoo. Also a little goes a long way with both shampoo and even more so with the conditioner. Best of hair! Lol

Shampoo Basics & Tips

The Science Behind "Kid-Like Hair" Restoration

Commenters often describe hair reverting to childhood texture due to pH-balanced formulas. Children's hair typically has a natural pH of 4.5-5.5. Harsh sulfates disrupt this balance, while gentle cleansers like decyl glucoside (plant-derived in this shampoo) maintain cuticle integrity.

Why "Edible" Ingredients Matter

The review references the "skin as sponge" theory—studies show 60% of topical products get absorbed into the bloodstream. Ingredients like phenoxyethanol (common in "moisturizing" shampoos) accumulate in organs, while food-grade components (e.g., this brand's aloe vera) break down safely.

Concentration Economics Explained

A 32oz "pricey" shampoo becomes cost-effective through low surfactant concentration. Most shampoos contain 40-50% water; concentrated versions use 10-15%, requiring smaller amounts. The reviewer's "little goes far" experience aligns with viscosity measurements—thicker formulas (≥9,000 cP) distribute better.
