My Shampoo Love Despite Delivery Mishap

I absolutely love this shampoo and conditioner! I was excited to find a larger bottle available here because I've been getting the 3oz bottles off their website. However, I had to take one star off because when my shampoo arrived, it had exploded all over in it's box!

Thankfully, amazon is one of the only places left who still has great customer service. I called and let them know what happened and they ordered me a replacement, immediately. I've attached photos of what happened; my replacement should be here Monday and I will attach new photos when that one arrives!
