But then the SECOND cleanse gets super sudsy and really cleans and treats your scalp. I always give my scalp a nice massage for a minute or two with the suds of that second cleanse before rinsing. A little goes a long way, making a bottle of this last several months and I only wash the roots of my hair and scalp. The rest of your hair will get the cleansing it needs when your are rinsing the shampoo out. :)
