My As I Am Shampoo Review for Dandruff Relief

I have been using the As I Am dandruff shampoo for I believe three years now. I've had very bad dandruff for as long as I can remember (would touch my head and watch it just fall down like snow), and it was a point of shame for me for a long time. When I got dandruff shampoo, it was expensive, had bad ingredients, and made my hair dry and brittle.

This shampoo is relatively inexpensive, first of all. It smells very good, like mint and eucalyptus, which I appreciate after all the nasty ones I tried. My hair is soft, not dry or brittle in the slightest, and shiny (which I do also credit to the As I Am rosemary conditioner!)

I will also say that I have struggled with telogen effluvium, and this shampoo has helped me recover from my hair loss and build new growth. I don't shed as much, partly because I'm not scratching.
