I've been using Nioxin 2 since 2016. I am a guy. A stylist ,who's husband was starting to see hair loss, recommended it to me when I asked her about alternatives to Rogaine. My hair (back then) was thin but dense, and I was starting to see noticeable hair fall in the shower. So, I gave Nioxin a try. It smells like tea tree oil shampoo and has a nice menthol coolness to the scalp. I have sensitive skin, and I did not experience any scalp breakouts or irritation.
