My shipment arrived today, and I could see before opening box liquid had spilled inside. Other reviews had stated they too had shampoo leak . It’s an easy fix, don’t ship with pump in bottle. Put a screw top on and ship pump for bottle taped, banded to bottle after taking off screw cap. I only lost a small amount.
