This shampoo and conditioner leaves my hair very shiny and smooth, and (of major importance) doesn't make my back itch. But it smells like an old-fashioned hospital, and I think the thickening comes from that third little bottle, and it made where I sprayed it feel rough, and, to me, unpleasant. If anything, my hair may be thinner than before.
I won't be buying it again.
