Have great results with this shampoo with just two washes 5 stars BUT a BIG 1 star for the bottle Shampoo is THICK Bottle is very very hard plastic and is hard to squeeze Cap has such a tiny hole Have to take cap off and still squeeze hard. I have the conditioner too but no problem with it at all Bottle is softer and conditioner is not nearly as thick PLEASE redesign shampoo bottle.
