So this would get four stars for sure but I had a lot of trouble getting the pump to pop up so I could use it. It was one of the most frustrating experiences of my life. It wasn't because I'm stupid either. Lol it was defective. I had to look up a YouTube video and I had to use tools to get it to open. That being said. I'm still giving four stars. When that expericen alone makes me want to give a one star. But I couldn't possibly do that. Because this is such a great shampoo. After one use my hair felt better and looked better. People noticed too. The smell is absolutely amazing. It lathers just right. Not too much and not too little. And because I'm male and have short hair the bottle will last me forever. I have grey so my hair has always been straw like. Not with this shampoo. This is great I love it and despite the inconvenience that I had I'm in love with it. Its worth the money. Get it.
