It leaves your hair soft and clean, like a hair product should. My household has topical skin allergies, and this product thankfully is safe for us to use. It is non-scented. While the conditioner does, by itself, smell very similar to a popular children's dough-molding product, it does not leave that smell on your hair at all. This is the only brand we regularly use for shampoo and conditioner.
By saying that this product is hypoallergenic and safe for my family to use, I am absolutely not implying it is a medical treatment. That should be obvious.
