I am amazed at how Aeterna shampoo with aloe vera and almond oil makes my hair soft and eliminates frizz.
This is a review from Amazon.com about product:
Aeterna AQUA Hydrating Anti-Frizz Shampoo – Color-Safe, Sulfate-Free – With Aloe Vera, Almond & Linseed Oil for Smooth, Strong & Healthy Hair – 250ml

My hair feels incredibly soft! I just got my hair styled by Guido in his Miami salon and learned about his brand Aeterna hair care from Italy.
I’ve tried a lot of shampoos for my hair but I have so much frizz and dryness, it’s been hard to find an all natural shampoo that doesn’t have anything bad in it. This shampoo has amazing ingredients like aloe Vera and almond oil and even linseed oil. I honestly don’t recognize my own hair! I bought two bottles at his salon, and he told me it’s also on Amazon. Yay! I’ll be subscribing once I’m done with my two bottles.
Guido and his brother are true artists when it comes to hair. If you’re ever in Miami FL look them up!
Shampoo Basics & Tips
Benefits of Aloe Vera in Shampoo
Aloe vera is a natural plant extract known for its moisturizing and soothing properties. In shampoo, it helps hydrate the hair and scalp, reducing dryness and frizz. It contains enzymes that repair dead skin cells on the scalp, promoting healthier hair growth and adding shine without weighing hair down.
Why Almond Oil is Good for Hair
Almond oil is rich in vitamins E and D, as well as omega-9 fatty acids, which nourish and soften hair. It penetrates the hair shaft to reduce breakage and split ends, while also taming frizz by sealing in moisture. Regular use can make hair more manageable and add a natural luster.
Linseed Oil for Hair Health
Linseed oil, derived from flax seeds, is packed with omega-3 fatty acids and antioxidants. It strengthens hair follicles, reduces inflammation on the scalp, and improves hair elasticity. This helps prevent dryness and frizz, making hair appear smoother and healthier over time.
Understanding Frizz and Dryness in Hair
Frizz occurs when hair lacks moisture, causing the cuticle layer to lift and absorb humidity from the air. Dryness often results from overwashing, harsh chemicals, or environmental factors. Using natural shampoos with hydrating ingredients like aloe vera and oils can restore balance, reduce static, and protect hair from damage.
Advantages of Natural Shampoos
Natural shampoos avoid synthetic additives like sulfates and parabens, which can strip hair of natural oils. They use plant-based ingredients to cleanse gently, maintain scalp pH, and provide essential nutrients. This leads to fewer irritations, reduced frizz, and long-term hair health without harmful side effects.
Common Hair Care Questions and Tips
How often should you shampoo? It depends on hair type, but 2-3 times a week is generally recommended to avoid stripping natural oils. What to look for in a shampoo? Seek pH-balanced formulas with natural moisturizers like those in Aeterna shampoo. For frizz control, avoid heat styling and use a wide-tooth comb. Always patch-test new products to ensure compatibility with your scalp.
I love this shampoo for avoiding dryness and weird residue, though I wish it lathered more despite double washing.
This shampoo keeps my hair hydrated without odd residue or dryness, standing out from harsher formulas. However, lathering is disappointing despite repeated washing. I'll monitor long-term changes since results take time.
I found sufficient cleaning but no deep clean difference, with an annoyingly strong, long-lasting scent.
This shampoo cleaned my hair adequately but didn't deliver promised deep cleaning results. Its excessively strong, long-lasting scent became annoying, and the $34 price seems high for a small bottle, though twice-weekly use might improve value.
This pH-balancing shampoo gently removes product buildup while protecting my thin hair from damage.
Following baking soda washes, this shampoo balances my scalp pH, thoroughly cleanses hair products without damage, reduces split ends, and maintains volume in my thin hair between washes. 20 words
